Returns & Refunds – Alam Collection

We want you to love your order! If you’re not 100% happy, don’t worry — returning or exchanging your items is easy.

Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please make sure items are unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at infoalamcollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless we sent you the wrong item or it’s faulty.

Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If your order arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

Sale or final clearance items cannot be returned.

Returning Items

  • You’re responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
