We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently offer a flat rate for shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout and applied automatically.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at infoalamcollection@gmail.com. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays or weather.
